Customer Service – Account Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have customer service experience; knowledge of InDesign or other page layout programs a plus.

This is a challenging and interesting position at an established marketing/printing company. Must be able to handle a variety of office production responsibilities including scheduling and customer workflow. You must be well organized, detail oriented, neat and personable.
Your duties will include working with our customers and suppliers. A positive attitude and a pleasant phone manner is essential.
