Job Summary
R.C. Brayshaw & Company is seeking a Graphic Designer with digital and web experience to join our Marketing Team. Our marketing team builds and supports a variety of websites, digital advertising, and complex marketing programs for all manner of clients. You will be responsible for helping to develop successful marketing collateral and campaigns with eye-catching and effective graphic design across all forms of media and devices. The ideal candidate is resourceful and creative, able to bring new ideas and concepts to the table while adhering to brand standards and guidelines.
Skills & Requirements
- 3-5 years graphic design experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in all industry-leading software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Print production knowledge
- Provide accurate timelines for new projects
- Effectively manage multiple projects and complete tasks within the constraints of clients’ timelines and budgets
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Able to effectively communicate with peers, managers, and clients
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience with paid advertising
- Experience with Email Marketing software, such as MindFire, or Marketing Automation
- Experienced and current with all social media platforms, including their trends, audiences, and effective uses
- Experience with WordPress and WP Engine; Making content and layout edits, troubleshooting and resolving errors and plugin conflicts, etc.
- Experience with front-end coding languages such as HTML and CSS
- Ability to design user-friendly websites and landing pages
- Ability to create and manage Social Media Calendars; developing ideal posting schedule and topics, understanding web traffic and engagement metrics
